In honor of International Women’s Day, we’re shaking up a special cocktail for the Les Dames d’Escoffier International fundraiser: Hanami Del Pueblo.

Dorotēa Gin, Amaro Nonino, sakura blossom, lime, and a fluffy tepache foam come together in a cocktail that’s bright, floral, and a little bit fun, just like the occasion.

Now through March 31, 50% of proceeds from this cocktail will go to the Les Dames d’Escoffier International Sacramento Chapter, supporting scholarships and programs for women in food, wine, hospitality, and agriculture.
